11:00  – 13:00    Topic Split Sessions

Topic 1:  robotics : Evaluating robot performances Metrics and Measurements for Collaborative HRI, experiments and testing Research input to ISO for HRI, , their possible role in providing input to robotics products and  to ISO standards (that include some testing) Assessing robot safety and compliance with ISO standards;

Topic 2:  Human robot interaction: what  science can tell as guiding principles when designing a new interacting collaborative robotic system.  Including safety, robot communication, robot audio visual feedback, User Interface Designs and Usability Evaluations, Emotional interaction, designing robots for physical interactions  (speed, forces, modes of interaction, etc). Limits to non-contact interactions.
